Shamal Shin is a construction and design company based in Yerevan, led by Shamal Dolatkhah (Mojtaba). We take on the full scope of a build — from initial design and planning through on-site supervision, skilled labor, welding and metalwork, to final execution and handover.
We work across residential and agricultural projects: private houses, apartment buildings, villas, sheds and utility structures. Every project is managed directly, with one point of contact from first drawing to final wall.
